Neoadjuvant Dapagliflozin in Localized Prostate Cancer

Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of dapagliflozin in prostate cancer (PCa), sponsored by Washington University School of Medicine. Primary endpoints: Frequency and severity of toxicities related to dapagliflozin as measured by CTCAE v 5.0 and Proportion of patients who are able to successfully complete at least 80% of the planned dapagliflozin doses and undergo radical prostatectomy at week 6.
