Overview
Randomised, double-blind trial of sildenafil in persistent pulmonary hypertension of the newborn (PPHN) (2 arms), sponsored by Universidad del Norte. Primary endpoints: 20% decrease in estimated pulmonary artery pressure at 7 days and Survival at 7 days. Planned start Jan 2025; status: withdrawn.
