Overview
Phase 4, randomised, double-blind trial in plaque psoriasis comparing Guselkumab with Placebo -> Guselkumab (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Percentage of Participants who Achieve a Psoriasis Area and Severity Index 90 Response at 16 weeks, Percentage of Participants who Achieve an Investigator's Global Assessment Score of Cleared (0) or Minimal (1) at 16 weeks and 2 more.
