Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial in heart failure with preserved ejection fraction (HFpEF), type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) and obesity comparing Semaglutide 2.4 mg once weekly (OW) with Semaglutide placebo OW (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Kansas City Cardiomyopathy Questionnaire Clinical Summary Score at 52 weeks and Percentage Change in Body Weight at 52 weeks. Started Jun 2021; status: completed.
