Phase 1, randomised, double-blind trial of oxfendazole in filariasis (3 arms), sponsored by Swiss Tropical and Public Health Institute. Primary endpoints: Area under the plasma concentration curve from time zero to the last quantifiable concentration up to 48 hours, Area under the plasma concentration curve from time zero extrapolated to infinity up to 48 hours and 5 more.
