Overview
Phase 3, randomised trial of acetylcysteine and decitabine in hematological malignancy, graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) and Graft failure (2 arms), sponsored by First Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University. Primary endpoints: Hematological engraftment rates at 1 year, Graft Versus Host Disease rates at 1 year and 1 more. Planned start Jul 2021; status: not yet recruiting.
