Overview
Phase 4, open-label, single-arm trial of SIILPCV10 in pneumococcal infection, sponsored by London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine. Primary endpoints: Nasopharyngeal carriage of one or more colonies of vaccine-type Streptococcus pneumoniae serotypes in children below 24 months old, Number and proportion of vaccination recipients who experience solicited local and systemic adverse events following immunisation at 7 days and 1 more.
