Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial of Coenzyme Q10 mucoadhesive tablets in post acute COVID-19 syndrome (2 arms), sponsored by Aarhus University Hospital. Primary endpoints: Effect of Coenzyme Q10 treatment on number of self-reported symptoms measured by EQ-5D-5L questionnaire at 6 weeks, Effect of Coenzyme Q10 treatment on number of self-reported symptoms measured by Long Term COVID-specific questionnaire at 6 weeks and 2 more.
