Overview
Phase 4, randomised, open-label trial of paroxetine and venlafaxine in post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) (3 arms), sponsored by University of Pennsylvania. Primary endpoints: Clinician-Administered PTSD Scale for DSM-5 at 40 weeks and PTSD Checklist for DSM-5 at 40 weeks. Started May 2022; status: active, not recruiting.
