Overview
Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of magnesium oxide in osteoarthritis (OA), sponsored by General Therapeutics, Inc. Primary endpoint: Treatment-emergent adverse effects as assessed by Comprehensive Metabolic Profile, Creatinine, Liver Function Test, CBC, CRP, ESR, Lymphocyte subsets, Serum Immunoglobulins at 12 months.
