Overview
Randomised, double-blind trial in pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) comparing Ambrisentan with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Incidence of diagnostic pulmonary arterial hypertension (mPAP ≥25 mmHg) at 1 year and Change of Pulmonary vascular resistance at 1 year. Started Sep 2022; status: recruiting.
