Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial in Parkinson's disease (PD) comparing Opicapone 50 mg with Matching Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Change from baseline in Movement Disorder Society-Unified Parkinson's Disease Rating Scale Part III total score at 24 weeks and Change from open-label baseline in Movement Disorder Society-Unified Parkinson's Disease Rating Scale Part IV total score at 1 year. Started May 2021; status: completed.
