Phase 2, open-label, single-arm trial of miransertib in PIK3CA-related overgrowth spectrum (PROS) and Proteus syndrome (PS), sponsored by Merck & Co. Primary endpoints: Participants experiencing a Serious Adverse Event at 94 months and Participants discontinuing study treatment due to an Adverse Event at 90 months.
