Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial of human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells in heart failure with reduced ejection fraction (HFrEF) (2 arms), sponsored by Shanghai East Hospital. Primary endpoints: Incidence of treatment emergent serious adverse events at 12 months and Left Ventricular Ejection Fraction at 12 months. Started Jul 2021; status: completed.
