Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial of lenacapavir and emtricitabine + tenofovir alafenamide in human immunodeficiency virus infection (HIV) (5 arms), sponsored by Gilead Sciences. Primary endpoints: Background Human Immunodeficiency-1 Virus Infection Incidence Rate at Day 1 and HIV-1 Incidence Reported Per 100 PY for LEN and F/TAF up to 143 weeks.
