Phase 1, randomised, double-blind trial in heart failure with preserved ejection fraction (HFpEF) comparing Rapamycin with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Change in cardiopulmonary reserve capacity by improving peak VO2 at 6 months. Started May 2022; status: completed.
