Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial of colchicine in coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) (2 arms), sponsored by Biogipuzkoa Health Research Institute. Primary endpoints: Proportion of patients who present death, need for mechanical ventilation or respiratory distress at 30 days and Proportion of patients who suffer death, need for mechanical ventilation and development of respiratory distress separately at 30 days.
