Flow Cytometry of Eosinophils in Severe Asthma

Phase 4, open-label trial of mepolizumab and omalizumab in asthma (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Measurement by flow cytometry of differences in the percentages of eosinophils expressing activation-related molecules at 12 months and Measurement by flow cytometry of the expression levels of activation markers on eosinophils membrane at 12 months.
