Overview
Phase 2, randomised, open-label trial of alirocumab in intracranial atherosclerosis (ICAD) and ischemic stroke (2 arms), sponsored by Chang Gung Memorial Hospital. Primary endpoints: Changes of intracranial atherosclerotic plaque: stenosis degree at 26 weeks, Changes of intracranial atherosclerotic plaque: percent atheroma volume at 26 weeks and 1 more.
