Overview
Phase 2, randomised trial of linezolid in multidrug-resistant tuberculosis (MDR-TB) (2 arms), sponsored by National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases. Primary endpoints: Time to 26 Weeks Stable Culture Conversion in Liquid Media and Proportion of Participants With Permanent Discontinuation of At Least One Anti-TB Drug Due To Adverse Events, Intolerance, Or Death at 26 weeks.
