Overview
Phase 1, open-label trial of mKRASvax in pancreatic cancer (PC) (2 cohorts), sponsored by Sidney Kimmel Comprehensive Cancer Center. Primary endpoints: Number of participants experiencing study drug-related toxicities at 1.5 years and Maximal percentage of change of interferon (IFN-γ) producing mutant-KRAS-specific CD8 and CD4 T cells at 17 weeks.
