Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial in Crohn's disease comparing Spesolimab + SOC with Placebo + SOC (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Proportion of Patients With Maintained Symptomatic Stenosis Response at 48 weeks and Proportion of Patients With Radiographic Stenosis Response at 48 weeks.
