Overview
Phase 1, randomised, double-blind trial of tricaprilin in Alzheimer's disease (AD) (3 arms), sponsored by Cerecin. Primary endpoints: Area under the concentration-time curve (AUC) of total ketones (β-hydroxybutyrate and acetoacetate) at Day 27, Maximum observed concentration (Cmax) of total ketones (β-hydroxybutyrate and acetoacetate) at Day 27 and 1 more.
