Overview
Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of AAV2-BDNF in Alzheimer's disease (AD) and Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI). Primary endpoints: Number of participants with treatment-related adverse events assessed on MRI scan at 24 months, Memory change tested on Ray Auditory Verbal Learning Task at 24 months and 1 more.
