Overview
Phase 1, open-label trial of Super CAR-T in diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) (6 arms), sponsored by University of California, Davis. Primary endpoints: Proportion of products successfully manufactured meeting the established release criteria at 15 years, Incidence and severity of adverse events related to lymphodepleting chemotherapy and or CD19 CAR T cells at 2 months and 3 more.
