Overview
Phase 1, open-label trial of QR-504a in Fuchs endothelial corneal dystrophy (FECD) (2 cohorts), sponsored by ProQR Therapeutics. Primary endpoints: Incidence and severity of ocular and non-ocular adverse events at 20 months and Change from baseline in the isoform levels of MBNL1 and MBNL2 in corneal endothelium at 20 months.
