Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial in opioid use disorder (OUD) comparing ASP8062 + Bup/Nlx with Placebo + Bup/Nlx (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Percentage of participants with >= 80% of urine samples negative for misuse of opioid drugs combined with self-reports negative for opioid use at 12 weeks and Number of participants with Adverse Events (AEs) at 16 weeks. Planned start Nov 2021; status: withdrawn.
