Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial of zilebesiran in hypertension (HTN) (6 arms), sponsored by Alnylam Pharmaceuticals. Primary endpoints: Change from baseline at Month 3 in 24-hour mean systolic blood pressure assessed by ABPM - Indapamide cohort, Change from baseline at Month 3 in 24-hour mean systolic blood pressure assessed by ABPM - Amlodipine cohort and 1 more.
