Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial in alcohol use disorder (AUD) comparing Pioglitazone with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Change in Stress-reactivity as Assessed by Heart Rate Change During the Cold Pressor Task at Week 8, Change in Stress-reactivity as Assessed by Change in Systolic Blood Pressure During the Cold Pressor Task at Week 8 and 3 more. Started May 2022; status: completed.
