Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial in multiple sclerosis (MS) comparing N-acetyl cysteine with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Safety and tolerability at 15 months and Effect of NAC on progression of brain, thalamic and cervical cord atrophy at 15 months. Started Feb 2022; status: active, not recruiting.
