Overview
Phase 4, randomised, open-label trial of bictegravir + emtricitabine + tenofovir alafenamide in human immunodeficiency virus type 1 infection (HIV-1) (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Percentage change from baseline in spine and hip bone mineral density (DXA) at 48 weeks. Started Dec 2021; status: active, not recruiting.
