Overview
Phase 3, randomised, single-blind trial of ranibizumab in neovascular age-related macular degeneration (NVAMD) (2 arms), sponsored by Roche. Primary endpoints: Change from baseline in Best Corrected Visual Acuity score at 80 weeks and Treatment burden assessed by treatment frequency at 80 weeks. Planned start Dec 2023; status: withdrawn.
