Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cell derived extracellular vesicles in acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) (3 arms), sponsored by Direct Biologics. Primary endpoints: Incidence of serious adverse events at 60 days and All-Cause Mortality at 28 days. Planned start Dec 2024; status: withdrawn.
