Overview
Phase 3, randomised, open-label trial of GRT-C901 and GRT-R902 in metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC) (2 arms), sponsored by Seattle Project. Primary endpoints: Molecular response defined as >= 30% decrease from baseline in circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) up to 27 months and Progression-free survival per Immune-based Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors (iRECIST) as assessed by blinded independent review committee (IRC) up to 60 months. Started Feb 2022; status: active, not recruiting.
