Overview
Phase 3, randomised, single-blind trial of methylprednisolone injection in acute myocarditis (2 arms), sponsored by ASST Grande Ospedale Metropolitano Niguarda. Primary endpoint: Time to first event: all-cause death, HTx, long-term LVAD, t-MCS upgrade, VT/VF shock, rehospitalization for HF/arrhythmias, or AV block at 6 months.
