Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial of lirentelimab in eosinophilic gastritis (EG) and eosinophilic duodenitis (EoD) (4 arms), sponsored by Allakos Inc. Primary endpoints: Proportion of Responders as determined by gastric or duodenal tissue eosinophil counts at 24 weeks and Mean absolute change in 6 symptom total symptom score at 24 weeks. Planned start Dec 2021; status: withdrawn.
