Overview
Randomised, open-label trial of aspirin and liquid metformin (Aspargo Labs) in colorectal cancer (CRC) (13 arms), sponsored by University of Edinburgh. Primary endpoint: Relative genetic expression change of genes relating to energy, metabolism and stem cell signalling in the large bowel at 6 weeks. Planned start Aug 2022; status: withdrawn.
