Overview
Phase 4, randomised, open-label trial of amlodipine + folic acid in stroke (4 arms), sponsored by Beijing Tiantan Hospital. Primary endpoints: All-cause stroke (including fatal and non-fatal stroke) at 4 years and Combined cardio-cerebrovascular events at 4 years. Planned start Dec 2021; status: not yet recruiting.
