Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial of emodepside in onchocerciasis (9 arms), sponsored by Drugs for Neglected Diseases initiative. Primary endpoints: Absence (or presence) of live female adult worms with normal embryogenesis at 12 months and Absence (or presence) of skin microfilariae at 12 months.
