Phase 3, randomised, single-blind trial of SCB-2019 in coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) (21 arms), sponsored by Clover Biopharmaceuticals. Primary endpoints: Phase 2, select optimal dose level of SCB-2019 vaccine by age cohort based on safety, Phase 2, select optimal dose level of SCB-2019 vaccine in phase 2 by age cohort based on immunogenicity at Day 36 and 1 more.
