Overview
Randomised, open-label trial of tenofovir alafenamide in Chronic Hepatitis B (CHB) (2 arms), sponsored by Institute of Liver and Biliary Sciences. Primary endpoint: Percentage of patients with HBV DNA <2000 IU/ml, normal ALT and no significant fibrosis at 5 years. Started Feb 2022; status: recruiting.
