Overview
Phase 1, open-label trial of 99mTc-labeled HER2 affibody in breast cancer (2 arms), sponsored by Tomsk National Research Medical Centre of the Russian Academy of Sciences. Primary endpoints: Gamma camera-based whole-body 99mTc-ZHER2:41071 uptake value (% per organ) at 24 hours, SPECT/CT-based 99mTc-ZHER2:41071 uptake value in tumor lesions (kcounts)/SUV at 6 hours and 2 more.
