Overview
Phase 1, randomised, double-blind trial of mavoglurant in alcohol use disorder (AUD) (4 arms), sponsored by Yale University. Primary endpoints: Change in Nucleus accumbens (Nacc)/Ventral striatum (VS) BOLD activation during A1 phase at 1 week and BOLD activation to alcohol vs. non-alcohol stimuli during ACR task at 1 week. Started May 2022; status: completed.
