Overview
Phase 1, randomised trial in anterior cruciate ligament injury and osteoarthritis (OA) comparing Zoledronic Acid Injection with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Bone microarchitecture changes as assessed by high resolution peripheral quantitative computed tomography (HR-pQCT) at 18 months. Started May 2023; status: terminated.
