Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial in type 1 diabetes mellitus (T1D) comparing Semaglutide + Closed-loop with Placebo + Closed-loop (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Percentage of time of plasma glucose levels spent in target range (3.9-10.0 mmol/L) at 4 weeks. Started Oct 2022; status: completed.
