Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial in Netherton syndrome (NS) comparing SXR1096 cream with Placebo cream (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Safety of treatment with SXR1096 compared to placebo in initial cohort of adults at 4 weeks, Safety of treatment with SXR1096 compared to placebo in adults and adolescents at 4 weeks and 1 more.
