Overview
Phase 1, randomised, double-blind trial of SDI-118 in cognitive impairment (3 arms), sponsored by Syndesi Therapeutics. Primary endpoints: Number of participants with Adverse Events (AEs) at 17 days, Number of participants with laboratory value abnormalities and/or adverse events at 17 days and 7 more.
