Overview
Phase 1 trial of bupivacaine in laryngeal dystonia (SD) and essential voice tremor (EVT) (5 arms), sponsored by Massachusetts Eye and Ear. Primary endpoints: Functional MRI, MEG and EEG signal changes in laryngeal dystonia compared to voice tremor at 5 years, Effects of sensorimotor brain modulation on voice function in laryngeal dystonia at 5 years and 1 more.
