Overview
Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of MGTA-117 in acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS), sponsored by Magenta Therapeutics. Primary endpoints: Incidence rate of treatment emergent adverse events (TEAEs) leading to study drug discontinuation at 21 days, Incidence rate of treatment emergent >= Grade 3 clinical laboratory abnormalities as assessed by CTCAE v5.0 at 21 days and 3 more.
