Overview
Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of loncastuximab tesirine in diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL), sponsored by Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center. Primary endpoints: Incidence of dose-limiting toxicity at 30 days and Incidence of toxicity requiring dose delay or modification at 30 days. Planned start Apr 2023; status: withdrawn.
